Your Profile
- Web application development experience
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE/JEE, Struts
- Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, ANT, Maven, JUnit
- Experience with Open Source frameworks such as Struts, jsp taglibs
- Database knowledge, e.g. Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL
- Knowledge of interfaces to Web Application Servers, e.g. JBoss AS
- Linux and Windows experience

Your Responsibilities
You will be part of a distributed team, working on a web-based software product for use by carriers and their customers to control and manage contact center operations. This product allows complex workflows to be easily created, resulting in significantly improved productivity. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of this product, as well as collaborating creatively on software architecture specifications and feature definitions. Your team will work in a rapid development paradigm. You will also be responsible for the implementation and documentation of allotted product areas.
