After another successful financial year in 2007, VoicInt Telecommunications GmbH is making a massive investment in the future direction of its business, and is adding more than 10 new employees in the areas of development, marketing and operations.

New and innovative development and quality assurance paradigms will enable drastically reduced development cycles for our future software releases. Together with our Customer Advisory Board, we have created a forum for introducing customer requests and innovations into our product roadmap, to maintain our “Leap Ahead”. We’re also using this approach to build our new Master Release GAdvance Productivity Suite 2.0.
For the first time, with our integrated lifecycle management it is possible to reveal the core operating features of a 21st-century contact center: Enterprise IT Excellence, Total Resource Management, Superior Workspace Performance, 360° Operations Inside! New features, such as Contact Center Online Monitoring for IPhone and BlackBerry, are available today. Our new partner program EMA (Easy Market Access) is another part of our Going Global Strategy. This provides partners with training, marketing and sales materials as well as evaluation licenses to help with the positioning and sale of GAdvance Productivity Suite. VoicInt Telecommunications GmbH further rounds out this offering with quality assurance programs and project execution and support from our Professional Service division.
